News Strukton Rail streamlines driver's log in company cars and operational cars 2010-09-09 The company Strukton Rail, with business within operation and maintenance of tracks for trains and subways, needed a more efficient driver's log in all operational- and company cars. This to facilitate for their personnel and make sure that all recommendations for journaling were fulfilled. Strukton Rail chose the solution Telia M2M Kontroll, an M2M system from FältCom and Telia.The driver is identified via RFID when he/she enters the car. A button is pressed to register if the drive is on duty or in privat. The solution has high accessibility and security and is prepared for future extension with services as eco-driving, ISA and remote vehicle diagnostics.
